Admissions
Referral & Placement Process
Orchard Care Services accepts referrals from Community Mental Health agencies, case managers, discharge planners, guardians, and licensed healthcare professionals.
For individuals receiving services under the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN), placement packages must be submitted through DWIHN in accordance with their authorization and referral procedures. We review and accept placements based on approved service authorizations, clinical appropriateness, and availability.
We work collaboratively with Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) and other authorized Community Mental Health agencies to ensure proper documentation, coordination of care, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
